Anne represents regulated industries and professionals in the healthcare, environmental, financial services, corporations and community arenas in public policy and legislative matters in Colorado, the Rocky Mountains, Florida and Washington, D.C. Anne has expertise in local, state and federal government relations, public policy, legislative and regulatory practice for financial institutions, corporations, small business, trade associations and regulated professionals.
Anne is an expert in health care policy and reform, access to care, Medicaid, and integrating related issues such as PhARMA, rules, regulations and the Department of Regulatory Affairs. She also has expertise in environmental issues, clean air and water, environmental safety, rules relating to the oil and gas industries of the Colorado Oil and Gas Conservation Commission, including fracking. She has experience in Appropriations, matters before the Joint Budget committee and the Joint Committee on Legal Services. Anne works to find solutions: she knows how to draft legislation that meets client needs, and work to pass that legislation by working across the aisle in both the House and the Senate.
A former member of the Colorado General Assembly, she chaired the House Health and Human Services Committee (now the Health and Environment Committee). She was instrumental in drafting and guiding significant health care reform in Colorado, including the 208 Commission, expanding health insurance for young adults, community rating issues, physician rating, and expansion of SCHP. She has expertise with all health care professionals, including veterinary issues. She served on House Appropriations. She also chaired the Joint Committee on Legal Services that has authority over state rules and regulations. Anne is also a Colorado Uniform Law Commissioner. Anne has a demonstrated ability to absorb complex information quickly and formulate policy based on input from diverse sources. She is accomplished in media presentation, negotiation, writing, strategic planning, fundraising and political organizing. She is known for being a bright, energetic, seasoned leader with a long-standing, steadfast commitment to federal and state policy work.
Anne is involved in the Denver community and has served as President and Chair of the Board of Denver Capital Leasing Corporation, Board member of the West Washington Park Neighborhood Association, Board member of CoverColorado, Treasurer of the Wild Trout Chapter, Colorado Trout Unlimited, and Board member, Yellowstone Ecosystems Studies. She is an active member of The Florida Bar, and is also licensed in Colorado and Washington, D.C. Anne is an AV rated lawyer. Prior to attending law school she was a clinical social worker with hospital experience in Tallahassee and at the Tampa Veteran’s Administration Hospital.
Anne and her colleagues assist TSG’s clients in constructing the public policy framework, together with the social and media messages, which result in successful advocacy for clients’ issues and agendas.

Zach has more than 10 years of Colorado political and key influencer experience, as well as 8 years working with Colorado legislators, leaders and media at the local, statewide and national level. His background includes leveraging social media marketing, web design and search engine optimization to increase community outreach as part of larger public relations campaigns.
At 4degre.es, he has been fundamental in the development of the business. Prior to creating 4degre.es, he was an Account Manager at MGA Communications, Inc. He worked with clients, such as Shell, Colorado Mining Association, Questar Market Resources, Colorado Education Association, Early Childhood Education Association of Colorado, Lower Blue River Citizen’s Alliance, Cabela’s and Rocky Mountain Arsenal National Wildlife Refuge. Previous to MGA, he served as Communications Assistant, Legislative Assistant, and Director of Communications for the Colorado Senate Majority. Here, he developed and implemented the media communications plan for the Senate Majority and achieved success increasing Senate representation.
